A public form (Tally, Typeform, a site form, or mail that is really a form) lands and nobody sees it until someone remembers to open the spreadsheet. A form ping writes the row and taps a human in Slack or email in the same breath.

What we do not pretend

- Capture plus row plus ping is the tiny job. Cleanup of a messy CRM is quoted as a fuller job in writing. You get that number before anything is billed.
