Built for teams without an innovation budget.
Most AI products are built for companies with an IT department and a budget line called “innovation”. Most businesses we work with have neither. They have a finance person who's carrying too much, a WhatsApp number that never stops, and a spreadsheet that only one person understands.
That's who we build for. We don't sell a platform you have to move into. We build small, specific tools that live inside the systems you already use and take one painful job off someone's desk.

AI is good at reading, sorting and drafting. Decisions about your customers stay with your people.
Show the working
Every draft links to its source. If you can't check it, it shouldn't go out.
Local context matters
VAT201s, SBD forms, levy statements, WhatsApp voice notes, a terminal queue on Bayhead Road. We build with these in mind, not as afterthoughts.
How we build so fast
We use modern AI coding agents alongside our own engineering, so a custom tool takes weeks, not quarters. That speed goes into more testing and more time in shadow mode, not into cutting corners.
The studio
Pragmex Agentics is a small specialist team. We design, build and look after the automations ourselves — close enough to the work that the drafts stay honest, and small enough that you always know who you're talking to.
