Your number moves onto the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, with a shared inbox for the team. AI classifies each message. Routine questions get answers drawn only from your approved facts, and booking or rescheduling runs against the real calendar. Anything involving money, medical issues, complaints or uncertainty goes to a person with a drafted reply ready. Opt-in and consent are recorded, and the system stores only what it needs.

Is this an unsupervised chatbot?+
No. It drafts and triages. Money, medical issues, complaints and anything unclear go to a person.
Do we need Meta verification?+
Yes for the Cloud API. Business-started messages need approved templates and customer opt-in. We plan for that lead time.
Can it book appointments?+
