What we build
How this automation runs.
A dedicated email address (and optionally a WhatsApp number) for supplier invoices. AI extracts the supplier, VAT number, invoice number, date, line items, VAT and total. The system then runs checks: the VAT arithmetic adds up, a supplier VAT number is present where required, the invoice isn't a duplicate, and it matches a PO or delivery note where one exists. Clean invoices become draft bills in the accounting system, with the PDF attached. Exceptions go to a person with the problem highlighted.
