How this automation runs.
Every lead source flows into one feed: the site form, Meta Lead Ads, portal enquiry emails and WhatsApp. AI tags each lead for intent, area, budget band, urgency and fit, and spots duplicates. It drafts a first reply that answers the actual question, and pings the right salesperson on WhatsApp, Teams or email. A row goes into the CRM or Sheet. At 17:00 a “nobody replied to these” list goes out.
